I, Mitesh Patel, grew up in Dubai in a traditional Gujarati household\nwhere my mother never let us forget our roots. Unlike many of my friends who had burgers, bread,\nor pizza for lunch, our home was different. It was simple: roti and sabzi were served with love, and if\nyou didn\u2019t want it, you went to bed hungry. But looking back, those meals weren\u2019t just food\u2014they\nwere the essence of family, warmth, and togetherness.

\nThat same emotion is what we bring to the thali at Rasoi Ghar. A meal that is not just about eating\nbut about feeling at home. Every dish on our menu reflects the touch of a mother\u2019s hand, the\ntraditions of our ancestors, and the comforting flavors that turn a meal into an experience.

\nA decade ago, Rasoi Ghar was born out of a simple yet powerful idea\u2014to recreate that sense of\nhome through food. Today, as we serve countless guests in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we remain rooted\nin those same values of warmth, authenticity, and hospitality. Bold is beautiful, and bright is wonderful is what we believe. The vibrancy of Rajasthani colors are smiling in every brick of our restaurants. And it is just not the color that we have picked up from India, but the very culture of Manwar\u2013insisting on having one more puri, one last bite, and one last sip \u2013 is what we practice at Rasoi Ghar.
